Having gas isn’t such a gas after all……

This can be a frustrating thing that I know from personal experience can affect much more that just your rate of toots. The discomfort of bloating not only causes your clothes to fit a little tighter but can also make your belly quite tender and sensitive, not to mention the effects on mood and energy. All in all gas and bloating can seriously determine the course of your day! The good news is there is a long term fix! That’s right, you don’t have to live with this problem the way to have been. Each situation is individually different, but I assure you, in working together we will get to the root of the problem and can virtually eliminate gas for good! Most of us have at least one of these spices in our kitchen. Put a few slices of fresh ginger, fennel (seeds) & anise (seeds) in a cup of boiling water and steep until cool enough to drink. In the meantime, here is a quick little tip to reduce gas for the short term. Most of us have at least one of these spices in our kitchen.
