As an athlete who has struggled through many injuries, Paul became a therapist in order to support others who are undergoing the same process. During his time at West Coast College of Massage Therapy, he had the opportunity to treat a diverse patient profile such as prenatal, palliative care, varsity athletes, and the regular office job worker. He discovered that helping not just athletes, but anyone through their pain was deeply rewarding. Paul is fascinated by the human body. In order to achieve the best possible outcome for his patients, he is constantly looking for new learning experiences, advanced methods, and a diverse range of assessments.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Paul on the golf course, on top of a mountain, or chasing the next best sunset. He finds joy in exploring movement with his own body. From rehab exercises to body building, playing sports or trail running, Paul is learning to be the master of his own body and aims to familiarize himself with all types of movement in order to function at high levels and be safe from future injuries. He hopes to be a practitioner that leads by example and to translate his experiences into his practice.
